This Privacy Policy explains how LittleWhim Ltd. ("LittleWhim," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes information in Wimme: Stories With Me ("Wimme" or the "App"). Wimme is designed for families to create and enjoy interactive stories. Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of the App and manage account, purchase, permission, and privacy choices.

Operator and Contact

LittleWhim Ltd. operates Wimme and is responsible for responding to privacy, data, and parent or guardian requests.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide, secure, personalize, and improve the App's core features.

Account Information

If a parent or guardian creates or signs in to an account, we may collect email address, account identifiers, user identifiers, device or installation identifiers, and authentication information provided through supported sign-in services. We use this information to authenticate users, sync stories and profiles, protect accounts, process account deletion, and provide support.

Profile and Story Content

The App may process and store story-related content, including child profile nicknames, profile avatars or photos, story prompts, story text, generated story content, Wimme-generated read-aloud audio, preferences, saved story history, and optional user-provided photos or videos used in App features. Wimme does not require children to provide legal names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, precise location, contacts, or sensitive information.

We use story-related content to create, personalize, save, read aloud, and display stories in the App. Wimme-generated read-aloud audio is not a recording of the user; it is story content generated by Wimme to read a story aloud.

Voice and Real-Time Interaction

Some Wimme features may use the microphone for live, real-time story interaction. Live voice audio may be transmitted to our service providers only to process the real-time request and generate a response. Wimme does not store raw live voice recordings after the real-time request is completed. If a child's voice audio is collected only to respond to a specific real-time request, Wimme uses it for that request and deletes the raw audio after the response is completed.

If the interaction generates story text, summaries, preferences, or saved story content, that resulting content may be stored as part of the App's story and profile features.

Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase, Apple processes payment information. We do not receive or store your payment card number or bank account information. We may receive and store purchase-related records such as product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase dates, and credit balances so that we can deliver purchased App features and prevent fraud.

Usage, Persistent Identifiers, and Diagnostics

We may collect app version, operating system version, language, region, device or installation identifiers, IP address, product interaction data, feature usage, saved progress, request status, error logs, security checks, and service reliability information. We use this information for App functionality, authentication, security, fraud prevention, debugging, reliability, and internal operations. We do not use persistent identifiers for behavioral advertising or to build profiles for third-party advertising.

App Store Privacy Summary

For App Store privacy disclosures, Wimme may collect the following categories for App functionality: email address, user identifiers, device or installation identifiers, purchase history, product interaction, other usage data, diagnostic data, optional photos or videos, and user-provided or story content such as profile nicknames, story prompts, generated story content, Wimme-generated read-aloud audio, and saved stories.

These categories are used to operate Wimme, authenticate accounts, sync and save stories, process purchases, provide support, secure the App, and maintain reliability. They are not used for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

How We Use Information

We do not use collected information for third-party advertising. We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising or advertising measurement.

Sharing and Service Providers

We share information only as needed to operate App features, comply with law, protect users, prevent fraud, or complete a parent or guardian request. We do not allow third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

We use service providers to operate App features. These providers process information only as needed to provide services to us, such as authentication, cloud storage, security, real-time interaction, story generation, image generation, audio generation, purchase verification, and infrastructure hosting. We require service providers to protect information consistently with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Our service providers may include Apple, Google Firebase and Google Cloud, OpenAI, Google Gemini, RunPod, and similar AI or media infrastructure providers used to generate story, image, audio, or video features.

Children's Privacy and Parent Rights

Wimme is intended for use by families under parent or guardian supervision. Parents and guardians should create and manage accounts, purchases, permissions, and privacy choices. Child profiles may use nicknames and optional avatars.

Parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a child's information. Parents or guardians may also refuse to permit further collection or use of a child's information by deleting the account in the App or contacting us for deletion help.

To make a parent or guardian request, email support@wimme.app from the address associated with your Wimme account when possible. Tell us whether the request concerns an account, child profile, saved story, generated story media, or all related information. We may verify that the request comes from the parent or guardian managing the account before providing access, correction, or deletion.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the App, maintain account and story features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. Saved stories, child profiles, generated story content, and generated story media may be retained until the parent or guardian deletes them, deletes the account, or asks us for deletion help.

After account deletion is confirmed in the App, Wimme immediately disables account access and starts the deletion process. Once the deletion process starts, it cannot be canceled or undone. Account records, child profiles, saved stories, generated story content, generated story media, and storage objects are usually deleted within 24 hours. Limited purchase, security, fraud-prevention, legal, or dispute-resolution records may be retained when necessary.

International Processing

Information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. We take reasonable steps to protect information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law and update the "Last updated" date above.
