Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of Wimme: Stories With Me ("Wimme" or the "App"), provided by LittleWhim Ltd. ("LittleWhim," "we," "us," or "our"). If you download Wimme from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application terms, App Store rules, and purchase processes also apply.
Family Use and Parent Responsibility
Wimme is designed for families. Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of the App and manage accounts, purchases, device permissions, content sharing, and privacy choices. Children should use Wimme only with parent or guardian supervision.
If you allow a child to use Wimme, you confirm that you are the child's parent or guardian, or that you have permission from the child's parent or guardian. You accept these Terms for yourself and for the child's use of the App.
Child-Facing Experience
The child-facing story experience is designed as a private App experience. Wimme does not provide public chat, public posting, public profile pages, or open web browsing for children. Account management, purchases, privacy choices, support requests, and external links should be handled by a parent or guardian.
Wimme does not display advertising in the child-facing App. Parents and guardians should still supervise children's use because generated content and interactive experiences can be unexpected.
Accounts and Sign-In
Only a parent or guardian should create, sign in to, link, unlink, or delete a Wimme account. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for reviewing the profiles, stories, and settings associated with your account.
Stories, Inputs, and Generated Content
Wimme helps families create interactive stories, images, read-aloud audio, and related story content. Some content may be generated with AI services. Generated content can be incomplete, unexpected, inaccurate, or similar to content generated for other users. Wimme is not professional advice, and generated content should not be treated as medical, legal, educational, safety, or other professional guidance.
Parents and guardians should review story content before sharing it outside the App. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, private to someone else, or inappropriate for children. Wimme may block, refuse, regenerate, remove, or limit content when needed for safety, legal compliance, service integrity, or App operation.
Content Rights
You keep any rights you have in prompts, profile details, and other content you provide to Wimme. You give LittleWhim permission to host, process, store, transform, generate, display, and use that content as needed to provide, protect, personalize, and improve the App's core story features.
Generated content is provided for family use within Wimme. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, exclusive, available forever, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Purchases and Story Credits
You are responsible for managing purchases made through your Apple account. Apple processes payments and handles refund requests through its own App Store processes. Wimme may maintain purchase records and story credit balances needed to deliver App features.
Story credits are used to create and deliver stories. Story credits have no cash value, are not banked money or stored value, and cannot be transferred outside Wimme. Unless a purchase screen states otherwise, purchased story credits remain available while the account remains active. Promotional, trial, or included credits may have separate limits shown in the App.
If Apple changes, reverses, or refunds a purchase, Wimme may adjust the account's internal credit balance. Deleting an account removes remaining story credits, child profiles, saved stories, generated story media, and other account content associated with that account, except for limited records Wimme must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Account Deletion and Parent Requests
You can delete your Wimme account in the App from Account Settings > Delete Account. After deletion is confirmed, Wimme immediately disables account access and starts the deletion process. Once the deletion process starts, it cannot be canceled or undone. Associated account records, child profiles, saved stories, generated story content, generated story media, and storage objects are usually deleted within 24 hours. Parents and guardians may also contact [email protected] for access, correction, deletion, or refusal of further collection or use related to child profiles, saved stories, generated story media, or account information.
Acceptable Use and Safety
Do not misuse Wimme, interfere with the App's services, attempt to access other users' content, bypass safety or payment controls, reverse engineer service requests, or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, exploitative, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or violates another person's rights.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to Wimme, remove content, or refuse service if we reasonably believe the App is being misused, the account creates safety or legal risk, or continued access would harm users, LittleWhim, service providers, or the App.
Availability
We work to keep Wimme available and reliable, but the App may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time. Features may depend on Apple services, cloud infrastructure, AI providers, network availability, device permissions, or safety systems. We may add, change, or remove features as the App evolves.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information Wimme collects, how we use it, and how parents or guardians can contact us about privacy requests.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wimme is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App, generated content, or service providers will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleWhim is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
Governing Law
Except where local consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
